What is SeaNaps?
SeaNaps is an art & tech festival that took place last weekend in Leipzig (07. – 10. September) with free outdoor concerts, workshops, conferences.
They launched a blockchain experiment for a real-time revenue share of festival income on the blockchain.
They developed a payment model using bracelets with RFID chips and the Ripple blockchain to process transactions at the festival. People were able to buy food and drinks with the bracelet using Euro tokens. Read more at BlockchainHub
