Blockchain technology is the revolution of our time. Blockchain is not just for digital transaction or digital currency, We can use it in every sector of our life. We know blockchain technology because of Bitcoin, But blockchain technology is way beyond Bitcoin or digital transaction.

If you look at the last year ICO Industry category, You will find that Telecom category is almost absent. Infrastructure category was the leading category in 2017. Please look at the ICO chart of 2017

I think that the telecom industry is not using blockchain because it may be hard to implement. Maybe real time communications are currently more expensive than they are worth when it comes to blockchain. This is the only reason I can think of.
