Top 5 in general: EOS, Ethereum, Komodo, Nebulas, and NEO;
Top 5 by basic-tech: EOS, Steem, ETH, BitShares, and Komodo;
Top 5 by applicability: NEM, Decred, Litecoin, Hcash, and Bitcoin Cash;
Top 5 by innovation: EOS, Ethereum, Komodo, Nebulas, and Stellar.
NULS and Tezo are the newly added projects assessed this time.
