The EOS User Agreement drafter by @EOSNewYork and but up for bp votes is about to be adopted and replace the current interim solution. Only one more voter is missing.

The Proposal has 10 days more to go to be adopted. Theses Top 21 haven't approved it yet: bitfinexeos1, eoslaomao, eosliquideos, eossweden, helloeoscnbp, starteosiobp, zbeosbp11111
As those also haven't replied to the referendum it isn't clear if they are in opposition to the new constitution or just don't care about it.
I am neutral on the proposal, as imo it actually doesn't achieve much, as the governance as promoted by EOSNewYork just don't work out, as we haven't seen any substantial shifts in rankings for bps who either support the EUA or not, voting apathy is just to great.
On the other hand it might at least be able to establish an accepted and expected procedure for running EOS, it's not much, but it is at least something.
