September 19th, 2018 — Decenturion Minister of Information in Russia and China, Rustam Zaripov, took part in the work of the Eastern Economic Forum. The presentation of the Decenturion state was made within the framework of the panel discussion “Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship in the Far East: opportunities and challenges” and caused a good response among the participants. A number of startups participating in the forum expressed a desire to become residents of Decenturion directly during the report.
The panel discussion was attended by D.J.S., Professor of MGIMO, Head of the Working Group of the Russian Federation State Duma on the Estimation of the Crypto-Currency Turnover Risk, Elina Sidorenko, Chairman of the Expert Council on Economics and Entrepreneurship of the Youth Parliament under the State Duma, Alexei Mostovshchikov, Managing Director, Head of the Technology Blockchain Development Department, Alexei Shevtsov, PhD in Law Deputy Chairman of the Expert Council Working Group for the Coordination of Legislative and Regulatory Activities in digitization of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Venera Shaydullina, President of the Association for digital economy and blockchain technologies development promotion, Sarhan Bayramov, “Bitfury Russia” Development Director, Ivan Maslov, President of the Charity Foundation for Support of Education “Poznaniye”, Oksana Bobyleva.
According to Oksana Bobyleva, the idea of creating a state using decentralized technologies in the economy, lawmaking and the social sphere, is encouraging. Decenturion standards of teaching citizens the basics of blockchain economy, management and lawmaking, according to Oksana Bobyleva, are effective and very modern.
As a result of the panel discussion, Rustam Zaripov was invited to take part in the work of the “round table” of the Russian Parliamentary Newspaper on the theme “Far East — Territory of Advanced Development of the Digital Economy”.
Information about the Decenturion state
Decenturion is the world’s first state using decentralized technologies in the economy, lawmaking and social sphere, and helping to introduce them to other states.
The state was founded on June 4, 2018. The official date of foundation is timed to the first speech of Decenturion representatives at a special UN event in New York, USA.
The number of citizens for August 2018 amounted to 250,000 people. It is expected that their number will grow to 1 million by 2019. Decenturion takes the first place in the world for the density of dollar millionaires per capita, the level of education and the level of IT literacy.
At the moment, Decenturion is in the process of acquiring a territory that will allow it to obtain the status of an independent state and in accordance with the regulations, to join the UN.
