I did inquire via their website but haven't got a response yet. I assume they are selling to miners buying a large number of rigs first. You must also have to pay some sort of fee for the facility/electricity as well. The CEO mentioned that they require a 12 month commitment after purchase but after that year you are free to have the rig(s) shipped out to you.
