There are many people who erroneously believe the blockchain technology is only for financial services.

No, it isn't.

Financial services is just one part of what the blockchain technology is about. Like @taskmaster4450, @cryptoctopus and @cryptonized would say, blockchain is a disruptor that is set to shape the future.

The blockchain is a game changer. It has application in virtually all spheres of human endeavours. It will change the way we communicate, do business, travel, relate, pass messages, write etc.

What's more?

And it is good to know that @steemit is already taking the lead and helping people from all over the world

Although it would require significant investments in time, money, and effort, adopting blockchain in energy and resources (E&R) could improve visibility, increase operating efficiencies, and streamline regulatory reporting.
