This whole HF21 situation is a lot to melt when I've been passive for a while but I'm trying to hold on and really understand all aspects of it...
But I'm with you on this, getting anywhere without putting a lot of effort in to things isn't gonna happen. People need to do things and do things good. If you can't do it good -> work on it and get better. Millennial attitudes regarding work often get on my nerves. When times are tough you need to work even harder and you will get your spotlight eventually! Personally I always put a lot of value on all projects I do, whether they give me money och fame or not, as long as I have the chance to develop my self and my skills.
