For days have been trying to reach out to HitBTC support team concerning sbd withdrawal problem, but could not contact them, until this morning I was able to sent message through their old support system www. HitBTC.com/supports which will be disable soon. No longer in use. In few minutes I got a mail from them that they no longer use the above support channel again it has been moved to [supports.HitBTC.com](http://supports. hitbtc.com), should in case you want to reach them you can now forward your complaint to the new support channel. See below for the mail I received.
