The only problem I see with long term viability of icos is the fact that they almost always dump shortly after hitting the market and often times the patient investor can pick them up on the open market cheaper than Ico price. The only saving grace for these investors is we seldom know which exchange they will first appear on so unless you are ready to go on most of the exchanges sometimes its back up by the time the avg investor can get registered

I don't think that's a bad thing. The only reason that is possible is that early investors were willing to sell at a loss. So either they are foolish or there is a real issue with the token.

This is all in its infancy, it will work itself out eventually.
