Hi @reloadbeatbox and welcome to Steemit. Yes, this is indeed a very good introductory documentary. I had seen it before already several times. And I use it very often to explain people that encounter the term for the first time. It does not explain all details about the technology, but it boosts people minds and promotes their need for discovery, making them eventually to become autonomous explorers of it.
