ဒူဘိုင္းႏိုင္ငံသည္ IBMႏွင့္ပူးေပါင္း၍ စီးပြားေရးလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားႏွင့္ကုမၸဏီမ်ားအားမွတ္ပံုတင္ရန္ blockchainနည္းပညာကို စတင္အေကာင္အထည္ေဖာ္ေနၿပီျဖစ္ေၾကာင္းသိရွိရပါတယ္။ဤကဲ့သို႔ေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္းမွာ ထိုလုပ္ငန္းစုမ်ားအား ၎တို႔ႏိုင္ငံ၏ စီရင္ပိုင္ခြင့္ဥပေဒေအာက္တြင္ လည္ပတ္ေစရန္ျဖစ္တယ္လို႔ဆိုပါတယ္။ဒူဘိုင္း၏ blockchainနည္းပညာသံုး စီးပြားေရးမွတ္ပံုတင္စနစ္အစီအစဥ္တြင္ Smart Dubai ႏွင့္ Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority(DSOA) တို႔ပါဝင္ေနတာေတြ႕ရပါတယ္။ယင္းအဖြဲ႕အစည္းမ်ားအတူတကြ ပူးေပါင္းၿပီး Unified Commercial Registry(UCR)လို႔အမည္ေပးထားတဲ့ project အတြက္ လိုအပ္ေနေသာ အခ်က္အလက္အဂၤါရပ္မ်ားကို ရွာေဖြလ်က္ရွိပါတယ္။
ယခုမွတ္ပံုတင္ဟာ ကုမၸဏီရဲ႕အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကို သိမ္းဆည္းေပးမွာျဖစ္ၿပီး ေျပာင္းလဲမႈကြဲလြဲမႈမ်ားကို ေျခရာခံေပးမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။သတင္းစာရွင္းလင္းပြဲတြင္လည္း "ထိေရာက္တဲ့လုပ္ငန္းစနစ္ဖြဲ႕စည္းမႈမ်ားနဲ႔ စီးပြားေရးလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားအားလည္ပတ္ေစႏိုင္မွာျဖစ္ၿပီး tradingလိုင္စင္ရ digital exchangeမ်ားလည္းေပၚေပါက္လာမွာျဖစ္တယ္။ထို႔အျပင္ ဒူဘ္ိုင္းႏိုင္ငံရဲ႕ စီးပြားေရးစနစ္မ်ားကိုလည္း တိက်ေသခ်ာလာေစမွာျဖစ္တယ္"ဟူ၍ရွငိးလင္းေျပာဆိုခဲ့တာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
ဒူဘိုုင္းရဲ႕ "2020 Blockchain Strategy" ဟာ၂၀၁၆ခုႏွစ္ကတည္းကစတင္ခဲ့တာျဖစ္ၿပီး ျဖည္းျဖည္းမွန္မွန္တိုးတက္လာခဲ့တာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ဒူဘိုင္းအာဏာပိုင္မ်ားဟာ Emirate ၿမိဳ႕ေတာ္အား နည္းပညာအခ်က္အျခာၿမိဳ႕ေတာ္တစ္ခုျဖစ္လာေစရန္ ရည္ရြယ္ၿပီး ယင္းကဲ့သို႔ေဆာင္ရြက္ေစခဲ့တာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။Department of Economic Development(DED)၏ ဒါ႐ိုက္တာျဖစ္သူ Sami Al Qamzi က " "Blockchain Corporate Registory"စနစ္ျဖင့္ ရင္းႏွီးျမႇဳပ္ႏွံမႈမ်ားႏွင့္ စီးပြားေရးလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားကို အထစ္အေငါ့အခက္အခဲမရွိေဆာင္ရြက္လာႏိုင္ေစမယ္လို႔ေျပာထားပါတယ္။
IBMရဲ႕ အေရွ႕အလယ္ပိုင္းအေထြေထြမန္ေနဂ်ာ Amr Refaat က သူ၏စိတ္အားထက္သန္ယံုၾကည္ေနမႈကို ယခုလိုမွ်ေဝသြားခဲ့ပါတယ္။"Dubai ဟာ မ်ားစြာေသာအေမွ်ာ္အျမင္ႀကီးမားတဲ့ projectsမ်ားကိုေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ခဲ့ၿပီး ယခုအခါဆန္းသစ္တီထြင္မႈမ်ားတြင္ ေရွ႕ေဆာင္ႏိုင္ငံတစ္ႏိုင္ငံျဖစ္ေနပါၿပီ။ဒါဟာလက္ရွိမွာ အမွန္တကယ္ျဖစ္ေပၚေနတဲ့ အမွန္တရားပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္"လို႔ဆိုထားပါတယ္။
