Despite the utter garbage and festering diarrhoea of lies..!!
The S.E.C, #Blockchain and #Cryptocurrencies
Despite the festering diarrhoea and vomiting garbage that continues to be spurted by the Mainstream Media that the S.E.C is set to interfere with the #Cryptocurrency Market, I stand firmly with what I have been saying now for nearly 2 years.
Nothing, will make me change my mind.
For the last 2 years, I have continually repeated that not one Government, Central Bank or Regulatory Body in the World is big enough to either: ban, regulate or suppress #Bitcoin and the underlying technology of #Blockchain and the Distributed Ledger.
Anyone who thinks otherwise, are in for a nasty shock.
In November of 2016, shortly after joining #Steemit, I published a series of Blogs on this subject and I thought now would be great time to share them with you again for those that may have missed them when they were first published.

SECURITIES EXCHANGE COMMISSION & #BLOCKCHAIN..!! A FINANCIAL GAME CHANGER..!!
As well as a number of Blogs I published on this matter, I also shared with you a Video I published back in March of last year when the S.E.C had just made an announcement regarding ETFs.
S.E.C decision to reject the #Bitcoin ETF proposal is great news for #Bitcoin.

At the time, if my memory serves me well, #Bitcoin was trading at around $1,100.
It should come as no great surprise to Regular Readers of my Blog, that my position on any influence that the S.E.C may have on the #Crypocurrency Market and the underlying technology of #Blockchain and the Distributed Ledger remains exactly the same, despite the utter garbage and festering diarrhoea of lies that is continually being reported by the Mainstream Media on this matter.

They can't interfere with the protocol itself, but they can sure as hell make it difficult to do business. The Bitlicense is a good example of what the "regulators" are capable of.
The good thing is, there are many countries eager for crypto business, and eventually all those bright minds and entrepreneurs will leave the countries trying to create obstacles!
It's absurd seeing the FUD coming from these big entities that should be spearheading the global transformation of blockchain technology. The world is in for a much much greater future with blockchain technology and S.E.C should be knowing better on how to support this transformation other than discouraging people whose lives have the potential of being transformed financially.
Thankyou for reminding us how bitcoin's growth can not be affected by this FUD. Last year bitcoin grew a lot higher amidst all the FUD from S.E.C and this time nothing is going to change, it's going to continue growing to the target we expect it to hit.
Yeah nothing can stop it. The fake news and all this garbage can only stall the process a little bit, but we all know how it will turn out in the end :)

In a simple word, cryptocurrency is bigger than Government. The best thing is for them to accept that fact
