I don't want to sign an NDA, so I didn't.
I don't want to invest $12k, so I didn't.
They are ASKING for investments, not extorting them.
If you don't like it don't invest.
Matt's concerns are reasonable his tone is over the top.
The responses don't envoke trust for me.
