Why I got interested in this project: I am passionate and enthusiastic about blockchain technologies, because is the Future already IN, and I am happy that the days of the old, unfair and dangerous for the humankind progress Banking & Financial system are soon to be over!!!
Everyday many innocent online users get screwed up by the scammers. Tons of info are in Internet, blogs, articles, news. As I am vivid participant in the #disqus forums of #etherscan, by my estimation about 90% of all comments are related to scams/ frauds, so the comments and threads about ICO's, pre-sale, soft and hard cap etc. get lost in the whirlpool of desperate people, cursing the scammers, and demanding its stolen fortune back... It is not easy to witness such comments, who knows the same can happen to you, nobody is 100% protected against these acts of crime.
Many people on a daily basis get scammed by the BAD GUYS, and there are different ways to fool out the innocent users, hacking their accounts and transferring the tokens, crypto into another address.

Sorry for your uncle, make sure such bad things never happen to you and him of course. That was the reason I got interested in it, and want to participate in it.
This is certainly a step in the right direction. As Crypto is not policed and people get involved that are not that savvy, it is rife with criminals trying to take your coins.
You are absolutely right! There should be someone chasing the bad guys, prevent and stop the crimes, and to serve with all its best to the community. I think this could be @cryptopolice!

I didn't read everything in details about NO BS project, but it looks that the main target is: Transparent, Unbiased & Crowdsourced Crypto Ratings & Reviews.
Mission of CryptoPolice – bring together community and technology in order to safeguard online users against fraud.
Any online user can submit an application to CryptoPolice, pointing to any suspicious fact. Then, an Officer reviews the report and delivers a verdict, which subsequently undergoes a multi-level verification process by other Officers. Factual data that have been verified and confirmed are stored in the archive, which forms the basis for the scam notification system “WatchDog”, helping protect users online.
It is not 100% the same,there might be of course some similarities, but CryptoPolice looks like has much more sophisticated platform with more tools, ideas to offer to the community.

Good approach. There are a lot of ICO scams going on nowadays. I'm also participating in a discussion (can't mention the source); probably scam, but can't be sure now. Hope we will minimize these scams.
