The first hub connecting the digital world. This projects is building a 21 story digital skyscraper. Each story will have ad spaces and plots that you can buy to commerce with other people in the metaverse. It is designed to build an immersive VR experience similar to a Blade Runner environment meets Cyberpunk.
This project has a ton of hype behind it and the visuals are phenomenal. There are a bunch of reason why I think this project will be a success. This platform is run on the Polygon network and the sponsors that have already attached themselves speak volumes. See the attached diagrams for more info on the developers and sponsors. Backing by Polygon and multiple capital investment firms such as X21, ZBS and Magnus to name a few.
What are the grand components of the project?
Information - Bloktopia has said they are building an all in one place for crypto info for everyone to learn from. Like a learning database that is interactive and immersive.
Revenue - After this project launches (IDO) you will be able to purchase, trade and stake on the hub. You can also purchase real estate and other assets they will offer. Generate crypto from renting or staking and possibly other avenues.
Play-to-Earn - The gaming sector in my opinion has the largest potential for success. Bloktopia will offer the ability to play and interact through VR game hosting.
Advertisements - The ad space will be run by ADBLOK and will allow users to generate income through ad's.
NFT Marketplace - You can buy, trade and display your NFT's within the VR world. This VR marketplace may take some time for mass user adoption. Since it will be cheaper to mint and trade on the Polygon network I feel this may be a real disruptor for the large NFT marketplaces already running. We shall see.

Final Thoughts
Bloktopia is an ambitious project that is aiming to pull together a large amount of the metaverse into one place. This will require a lot of cooperation from multiple networks of people and different blockchains. The team will have to be community oriented for this to take off in my humble opinion. A hub means a lot of people. You need a lot of bees to make a hive work. This I think will come down to the initial revenue incentives they will offer in the beginning to get people to enter the VR space. I.e. Staking and airdrops. The barrier to entry for VR in terms of mass adoption is still very fickle due to the hardware cost and knowledge required to get involved. Yet as people sit at home these days it offers more time for education and I think that will steamroll together with further development of VR. We shall see how this plays out in the coming months as they launch more aspects of the platform. All in all I am excited for this project.
