Very good tutorial. I have used blocktrades to lease and you have it right. But after your account gets any kind of rep or activity, it is MUCH cheaper to use minnowbooster which is now dlease. You can set your own rate and might pay half of the blocktrades amount. It is not as quick and you may have to try more than once but you lease will be filled if you persist. Good luck.

If you put in lease orders of 20% APR I will very likely fill them on dlease.io, also it is easier for people to fill smaller leases than larger ones, a 1000 SP lease may be filled faster than a 5000 SP lease for example.
