Is blocktrades having issues with their steem/bitcoin transactions? Tried to buy some steem from them around 1 pm and it's already 4 pm and nothing showed up. Any one else having issues?

I'm assuming they pay low transaction fees and the blockchain is just congested because I cashed out some steem for eth and got it within 5 minutes. Hmm.
I had some problems around 1pm UTC which I'd put down to their concerns about SEGWIT but it was OK an hour later. Keep trying.
Have no more btc :(
