You know what? strangely, I feel the same vigor I used to feel when I first joined and maybe just as back in the day, I have things going on IRL too.
Probably a cycle or a restart of perspectives. The motivations of getting involved are different after what we've seen the platform has become. I'm sure if people started Hive at the highs would look at this place like hell to be bother, but if the story was something like starting at 0.05$ and blogging then Hive reaches 0.15$ it's their success story. Probably just chasing nostalgia until the platform's gone.
I am motivated to do more non-work related things and share them on Hive. I think it's just reinforcing that other side of us we don't really share often.
It has always been that way for me but now that I am back to school, I've got so many new things and stuff to learn that I'd like to share.
Half of the stuff I'd like to share have no audience irl to share. So casting it all out on Hive feels like getting it into another void but there's money thrown back somehow.
