There is one, I believe it is Montana, where you cannot be fired. It's something about a six-month probationary period, and then it's at-will employment, and at-will employment means an employee can leave at any time, and an employer, fire an employee as long as it is not, you know.
Based on religion, the colour of your skin, you know if you have a disability they have to attempt to accommodate you. And employers have the right toot have them work for them. Plain and simple.
As somebody who's a former business owner and will probably own another business at some point in my life. I would never ynow these. These are people mocking somebody's death; they're mocking a widow, they're mocking infants and toddlers who have lost their father. And at the end of the day, people don't want people like that associated with their livelihood. And second of all, people don't want to spend dollars.
