We Get To That

If I were to answer that question, I would I would ask you to kind of define what you mean by those terms, because in my head they can have different meanings. But before we get to that, I'd like to give my two cents on the first question, which is hot buttons. I think I have only two hot buttons, you know, when it comes to the topic that gets me emotionally excited.

One of it is feminism. I don't know why, but whenever I see a feminist, you know, talking about feminism, I get this, you know, irritated and emotionally excited. And also the second button is when I see I'm a Muslim and I'm a practicing Muslim, I can say that I'm very religious.

So when I find, you know, a Muslim talking about something or, you know, having a certain kind of a gravious misconception about Islam, like, for instance, someone saying a Muslim quoting verses from the Holy Quran saying that even in the Holy Quran, homosexuality is allowed. So I'm not here to talk about all these topics. I'm just talking about my own personal hot buttons.

So when I see Muslims do that, I get irritated and so graviously, you know, emotionally excited. But but I don't react. And I think I don't know why.

Is it because perhaps I have emotional intelligence that even if I'm offended by something or when someone says something, I don't usually react. I respond to them. I don't allow my emotional excitement to surface in my tonality or the way I speak to them.

But I think it has so much to do with my experience growing up when I was a teenager. I have friends and, you know, it was a very toxic, you know, circle to be because, you know, we troll one another. And if you don't have this emotional intelligence, the ability to kind of withstand all the trolls, then you are going to hate your life.

So I think I got it from there. No matter what you say that offends me, I have a cool way of responding to you. And it is not that also I don't want to be violent.
