It is not easy to stop smoking.. but not impossible! The nicotine and the many chemicals that they put in cigarettes, they are their own to create addiction! Keeping yourself busy is a good option, although I know warcraft well and can be called another addiction! :D You can try decreasing the percentage of nicotine, with patches or buy an electronic cigarette.. but the first thing to do and motivate yourself to quit, be mentally strong to stop this habit!
