Today is the first day of the month of April of this year, it is the fourth month of the Gregorian calendar and has 30 days, it is named after the Greek goddess Aphrodite. April is came from a latin word
"aperit",which means "open". This month is consider to be a growing season, were the flowers and tress will begin to open(to be fruitful or bloom).

Everything in this world has a story, so what is the history of the month of April? Long time ago, April is the second month of the year in Roman calendar, but later April became a fourth month and it consist of 29 days when January set as a first month of the year around 450 BCE. After all April became the fourth month of the year when Julius Ceasar improved the calendar.

There are also flowers and stone that represents for every month, and for the fourth month of the year, the flower represented is daisy, and also for the stone or gems, the diamond its symbolizes innocence.

Since this is the first day of the month, it's already in the culture that the first day of the month of April is also commonly know as "
APRIL FOOLS DAY" or sometimes called "
ALL FOOLS DAY". In Western countries and in Europe it is an annual celebration by playing pratical jokes or spreading fake(hoax) and the victims of the jokes are called
APRIL FOOL. Some media, news paper and reports publish a fake stories which then explain in the next day or in the news section below. Even though it is popular, the day is not declared a public holiday in any country.

So what about the characteristics of a born in April? In the month of April more babies are born but not as much as in the month of May, June and September. Based on the study, people who born in the month of April has a shorter lifespan, compared to the other months. Statistically more boys compare to girls are born in the april.
