it certainly makes sense-i will say it again--the problem is sytemic-it is not that minnows should simply "work harder" as many self righteous dolphins like to claim-many DO work hard for a return of 0.01 or thereabouts-they are simply unable to compete -because of the reasons discussed in that article.
Funnily enough- my vote now gives quite a few cents to those posts that are already earning!-but on voting for this post -the computerised calculation gave nothing-the problem is sytemic-and payment/rewards need to be overhauled
