I love the reflections in this post and can SO relate -- I quit my job in 2023 also, I contemplated doing so for over a year and I can't even explain how much better I feel. For now I am throwing myself fully into working for myself, and also taking on a construction project. It is so nice that you are working on something for yourself, your family, and your late grandma, that is really sweet and I have a feeling that the benefits will be multiple and surprising. Hard work always pays off!
