-I think sometimes we punish ourselves in a very ugly way , for example, we believe that beauty is that we see in movies, on Instagram, in magazines and that the truth is not like that, To achieve a production of this type they have to pass for a long process in order to everything remains perfect, everything is makeup, everything is production and we should not feel bad because of that. I know that when many women see a picture of some model, they feel insecure because they think "Wow how perfect is that woman" but what we do not know is that they have the same defect that many of us have.
-We have more positive things than negative, we only have to focus in good things that in bad things, we have to highlight the positive things instead of judging ourselves when we look in the mirror.
-Another very important thing is that sometimes we are not with the right person when we have problems we are with people who make worse our insecurities.
-In resume if we do not like something but we have the possibility to improve it we can achieve it! If are dedicated and dreamer.
-you are worth more than you could ever imagine, worth more than the hair product you use or the shoes you wear, more than the price tags on your clothes or even the number of followers you have on twitter, you are worth surpasses all thing and do not you forget it because you are awesome!
