U.S. government has always been unfair to crypto and now they wanted investors money even they are destroying crypto investors on their land. I find it unfair, really, how can someone say that they wanted to tax crypto but doesn't want crypto on their territory? It's absurd if you ask me!
People need to stand up for this. U.S. government has been and will always be a tyrant that wanted total control in their country including country with no capable of self-defending. They tried to attack our coutry and wanted to control our president but it didn't happened during Obama's time. Our president told Obama to fuck off! Because, we the Filipinos have suffer enough from our previous corrupt officials. If citizens can stand up against this, you can too be free from corruption.
I know it's hard if few people fight for their freedom specially in a country that has total control over their people, but Americans needs to do something. They need to show that if government wanted a piece of your money they have to provide services including accepting crypto as payment in U.S. Imagine your crypto being taxed and you can't use it anywhere because they don't want it to go mainstream.
People need to understand that if people accepts being abuse by their government it will continue and will be worsen everytime people accepts every condition.
Back then I thought that living in the U.S. can help me grow, but it's different from what I have been seeing right now. Philippines have more freedom than any U.S. citizen can have. Our government totally support the poeple and will continue because we fought for it. We vote for the right person to lead us to glory.
Don't let your government control you. You have every right what to do with your money(crypto). If they wanted a piece of it, they better show full support because you are paying them with your crypto money. I hope that people stand up for this. Americans needs to wake up and learn that without fighting there will be more abuse. Stand up now and demand what is right for your money because remember the citizens are the one giving it's government income, not them but you!
From what I know the US tax law is in general a bit, lets say strange ;)
What really bothers me is they want money from your crypto but doesn't want to support it.
That's the USA. Uncle Sam wants you to pay taxes even on illegal activity. That's how the IRS brought down Al Capone.
For some it's illegal, but actually they are the abusers of rights!
