In some sense, every choice is random, as one cannot fully foresee the consequences of any decision - the net of implications is beyond human cognition.
The only thing that makes sense is probablilistic approach. It works to the degree allowing us to believe that we have the control over our lives - at least most of the time.
Probability is the basis of all decisions, or decisions wouldn't have to be made. Only a fool would believe anything else, like knowing an outcome.
