I have to admit some of our main courses look weird. Being a Hungarian I eat those strange looking food and I love them. In fact those are my favorites. I am not going to tell you what they are made of, because you might say how can you eat it. Same with the dried fruit you might like them too. If you are curious just google them authentic hungarian food. Let me know. :)

Hello hello!!! I googled the hungarian cusine and I have to say that I loved every single food of yours!!! Especially goulash (which I've tried) is my favourite!!! :)))
I am glad you did and liked them. Yes Goulash is the most known dish. I love it of course especially when cooked outdoors above real fire.

It is called "bogrács gúlyás", because the goulash cooked in the dish called bogrács (bograts). That's me and my goulash. :)
