These days child labour, Child trafficking and Heavy School Bag all three are big issues in all over world, all three subjects related to child only hence it is very difficult to say that heavy school bag is not a crime but it is in legal way.
What is Child labour?
There are lots of standard definition of child labour but according to me a child who spent his time in earning money instead of learning is child labour.
Reasons and compulsion behind it :
There are lots of reason behind this like as; lack of education, poverty, or their parents requirements. According to law should not hire any child bellow age of 14 at least in any type of physical work by any firm or public if they do it then will be punished. In spite of law i have seen lots of children are doing labour in factory and houses in huge quantities. There are lots of NGOs are working with government to stop this but this issue is growing fast than decreasing. I also seen that the child labour children comes from out of city means rural areas where education, awareness and modern facilities are equal to zero. They come to town/city to work only not for learning. I also see television episodes about child labour as a servant in a highly qualified and rich man house. When i see this type of episodes then only one thing i think that a children going school from a house where other children is cleaning his/her shoes so hurt touching feeling but can we amazing about feelings of child labour?. I think public awareness is the only way to stop this along with government and NGOs.
What is Child trafficking?
Any thing sell or buy in illegal way is known as trafficking but this topic is for child trafficking a big and worst business.
Reasons of Child trafficking :
The big reason is Money means a person or gang who wants money and only money from trafficking of children without any shame or fear from GOD. In this topic i can't blame to parents 100% but there are some who has done this horrible deals for their child any way. I have listen lots of story about child trafficking by means of television and newspaper. Actually the criminals or gangsters uses children in pickpocket activity, begging activity or directly sale their organs after killing them. Recently i have seen a horrible and unbelievable child trafficking incidents which was 100% true and had happened in India near about 2001, however they are in jail and anytime could be hang till death. I would like to reproduce this story in brief :
A man who was also a government employee met a woman (A Divorcee and has a girl child too) and they decide to get marry and they did. After two years they blessed a baby girl again. All was well but the activity of the lady (wife) was not good hence the man decide to divorce and he did it. The second girl decided to live with mother because she was only 5 years old. After sometimes the man again got married or found a new lady partner and they blessed again baby girl and two three years again one more. The main story will start now, one day the two girls (daughters from ex-wife) came to his home and shown desire to play or spent time with their new young step sisters and after heavy pressure from both adult girls they give permission to play with 9 year young girl. After spending sometime they shown desire to go out with 9 year old girl but this time her father oppose them and said no she will not go out any more then both girls begging and requesting please let her go with us we will return after few hours then mother of 9 year old girl allow. Parents were waiting but the 9 year girl can't come home till date. At evening her father went to the hotel where they were (two sisters with her mother) but hotel owner said they has gone. 9 year old girl parents reaches to police station for help and after long searching and hard efforts police arrest all those ( two adult girls, their mother and a man who was husband of elder sister) but 9 year girl was not with them. Actually they were professionals killer as well as drastically involved in human trafficking. The old lady or mother of adults girls was the main culprit who was killing all infants ( at least 40 but police has found only 5) after using them some months or days. She was leader of gang and all were involve in snatching, they were using infant children during pickpocket and snatching gold chain, ornaments etc. reason was public will not doubt upon them because they were keeping children in lap. The bad lady died in jail naturally but the two adult sister has been punished hang till death the history in India when two girls will be hang for any crime.
The above story was just an example of child trafficking but there are lots of other way like begging, sexual harassment and other bad activity. According to the report one child got trafficking in every 8th minutes. So Shocked report seriously. The man who was a member of worst gang become Government witness or Approver.
Now the legal Child labour and its bad effects :
Every parents are upset due to heavy school bag for their children. According to the definition of child labour a child should not involve in physical work any way but since this is regarding learning hence children can do labour hard carrying heavy bag in their back. Labour means labour in all way. No one is considering about the bad effects of it. Due to heavy bag children are going to capture by lots of ache and pain in their body. Government and school owner should should make a strict law or rule to save children. Education is necessity then their health is too much important.
We should save children in all way and be cautious from child trafficking.

With the modernisation and innovation high profile school are now a days only allow laptop. The middle class always bear the burden wether it govt taxes or school bags for kids
