They asked you to reload the page? Maybe by reloading the page it wiped out all the data, and so there was no verification done... I cannot be too sure about that though. Why don't you try leaving the page on without reloading it? Perhaps it might help (though I suspect that anything beyond a day without reloading means that something is wrong on their side...)

Sigh. Until the account is verified we can do nothing about it. No trading, nothing. I understand the level of frustration, though with the little I know this is all I am able to help. :/ Hopefully, the people from Bittrex will be able to do something about your account soon.
