Here's How You Fix

There was a New York Times post or a New York Times opinion article. And they said, I was one of Biden's border advisors. Here's how you fix our immigration system.

And he said Humpty Dumpty sat on the wall. Here's how to sit on the wall is Humpty Dumpty. And it's DHS.

That's how they quoted it, which I just found hysterical. But look, the deal with DHS, what they're doing, messaging they're putting out is they are making it so if you are here illegally, it should be difficult for you to be here illegally. And we are going to make sure you are worried about being here illegally so that you self-deport.

And any mention of amnesty counters that message, which is why I don't like this bill at all. And I am even more annoyed that Republicans even brought it forward right now, because it works directly against one of the biggest and most primary things we need to get done, which is we need we need a lot of people to self-deport. That's what we need.

We need lots and lots and lots of people self-deported, because if anybody thought we were going to like magically get 50 million people out of the country without self-deportations are crazy like that, like that's not going to happen. So, you know, it needs to be it needs to be every single person that's here illegally is worried that they're going to get deported to the point that they are just going to go anyway. And, you know, they're even saying they'll make it easier for you to come back and you come back, try and come back legally fine, whatever, whatever that whatever that means is to get you out first.

That's good. So any mention of amnesty works directly against that messaging. So I have a problem with it.
