    The best response I received was from a mod from utopian, @crokkon. He basically said that there are/may be times that votes or follow operations may not make it onto the blockchain due to interface issues. I do not think this is what is happening as some of those dropping from my follow list show up in my feed for some time before they just stop. However, I have no proof.

    As for the witness issue, I have screenshots now from third party sites showing it took, so if it happens again I will be better prepared to show it did make it onto the blockchain.

    Yeah I have noticed that for some reason the follow unfollow system doesn't really stick. That is why the people I want to reward for there quality post I have them on SteemAuto. That way even though they don't always show up in the feed they still get my support and I can use Steemworld to see who has posted through the up vote tracker.

      Really? Thanks I'm going to check those I follow to make sure I am still getting them on my feed ( am still following them)

        They still show up in feed @squirrelbait . Just when you goto page. It says follow.
