OK, so just so you know, everyone, Edith is going to drop and come back. And what we're going to discuss today is strategic responses versus attack or retaliation. And this is something I think is very important for all of us to keep in mind, because we have those situations and circumstances that come up in life that just deep within our souls and our hearts, they feel as though they elicit a certain type of response that often becomes a reaction.
But I'm going to hold off on just a second. Let's try this again and see if we can get Edith up here. But that's what we're going to be talking about so that you have a heads up as to what the conversation will be moving toward and to kind of see how this applies in your life, how it fits with you and what it is you may be able to do differently as it pertains to the way that you interact with people in those situations that can become very spirited.
