It all just depends on what you are looking for. I've lived in Japan, US, and Canada. I did not like Canada at all. Taxes are stupidly high and healthcare was terrible. Free healthcare, which is paid with your stupidly high taxes is pointless if you can't go see a doctor due to a shortage of doctors. I'd rather keep my money and pay for a reliable doctor.
For me, healthcare is top on my priority list. A country where the government is responsible for medical expenditures will be a nice option.
I would suggest sweden, as healthcare in Sweden and UK is the best. UK visa is difficult to get as the government is taking initiative to increase their own citizen employment.

All those are great countries, the best countries in the world but I'd rather live in America or Japan or Taiwan or China or South European countries (Italy, Spain).
