Often, we face complex battles, and most of the time, these real battles aren't external; they are within us, specifically in our minds. Thoughts of defeat, comparison, fear, and doubt, among others, arise and grow like giants, working tirelessly to steal our peace and ultimately our faith.
The apostle Paul reminds us that we have authority in Christ, and this is also to dismantle the lies that seek to rob us of our peace. We are not condemned to live in a cage of negative thoughts; we have the power to take captives captive and submit to the truth of God.
When our mind tells us we can't do something, God's word reminds us that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. When we hear a voice telling us we are worthless, we immediately understand that we are worth the price Jesus paid—his life. When doubt tries to take control of our minds, we respond in faith, knowing that God is faithful and fulfills all his promises.
The simple key is to fill our minds with the knowledge of God, which comes through hearing God's word. The more we allow God's word to penetrate our minds, the less room there is for lies. This is like turning on a light in the darkness; the darkness immediately disappears. Today, I encourage you to pay closer attention to your thoughts. Don't let your mind become a breeding ground for fear, anxiety, criticism, and other negative thoughts. You have the power to take control and allow God's thoughts to flood your mind and heart.
We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and we take every thought captive to obey Christ.

Muchas veces se presentan batallas complejas y la mayoría de la veces esas verdaderas batallas no están afuera, esas batallas son dentro nuestro, puntualmente en la mente. Se presentan pensamientos de derrota, de comparación, de miedo o de duda entre muchos otros y se levanten como gigantes que trabajan fuertemente para quitarnos la paz y posteriormente robarnos la fe.
El apóstol Pablo nos trae la memoria que tenemos autoridad en Cristo y esto también para derribar las mentiras que quieren robar nuestra paz. En ninguna manera estamos condenados a vivir en una jaula de pensamientos negativos, tenemos la capacidad de llevar los cautivos y someternos a la verdad de Dios.
En este momento que nuestra mente hable y nos diga que no podemos, la palabra de Dios nos recuerda que podemos absolutamente todo en Cristo quien es que nos fortalece. Cuando escuchamos una voz que diga que no valemos nada, inmediatamente comprendemos que valemos el precio que pagó Jesús, su vida. Cuando la duda quiere tomar posiciones nuestra mente, respondemos desde la fe que Dios es fiel y cumple todo lo que promete.
La clave sencilla, consiste en llenar nuestra mente de todo el conocimiento de Dios que viene por el oír la palabra de Dios. Cuanto más dejamos que la palabra penetra en nuestra mente, en las mentiras tienemenos espacio. Esto es similar a encender una luz en medio de la oscuridad, esta última desaparece inmediatamente. Hoy te animo a que preste un poco más de atención en las cosas que pensás, no dejes que tu mente sea un terreno libre para el miedo, la ansiedad o la crítica entre otros pensamientos negativos, tú tienes la capacidad de tomar el control y permitir que los pensamientos de Dios inunde tu mente y tu corazón.
Destruimos argumentos y toda altivez que se levanta contra el conocimiento de Dios, y llevamos cautivo todo pensamiento para que se someta a Cristo.
