Yeah, I mistakenly thought I would be capable of doing it because I've worked in a retail environment before, have handled general customer queries and irritation before, in person and over the phone, and it really seemed like something pretty much anyone can do.
I don't have a thick enough skin though for such back-to-back irritation. It's definitely a job that anyone can do, but not everyone can do it.
It's all good though! Yesterday I was beating myself up about it, very disappointed in myself, but today I'm much better. Cheers!
