To beh onest I think similar too
We are in full control of what we are and what we wanna be
The only thing that keeps us away from this control are our inner demons
So we need to belive in the voice which says:
"You can do this"
"You are in charge"
"You are the role model you are looking for"

Yes, it's way too easy to only listen to the voice that says, "This is a waste of time", "Just give up", "You can't do this". But great philosophers and modern scientists can agree on this one thing: "You can change, it's never too late."
