Being a sovereign with respect to the legal system is a troublesome path indeed. It can be done if one wants. The optimal solution is for everyone to be aware of the fraud or the system and not support it any longer, or if need to to collectively stand against it and create a new way of life. Then no need for bypassing the legal system. That will take time though.
The problems come when they pass laws making it illegal to conduct oneself in simple things such as fishing to live. I will be highlighting this more in the coming week or two. They have constructed quite a box around pretty much everything a person needs to survive and require permission slip permits, or just state it's no longer allowed.
I watched your video a little while ago, and found it was very complementary to mine. Insofar as they create all this legal mumbo jumbo to strip people of these rights, knowing that it will further deter the average "citizen/owned property" from questioning the idea that one lives solely through the masters permission. 1984 indeed, and what those doctors in your video describe, as well as your reporting on the censorship is exactly one face of this problem.
