The Conversation Today

It doesn't nullify your greatness because you ask for permission. It just demonstrates the confidence and the strength of your character that you have enough courtesy and respect for them to try to understand where they are and what they need to see if they even want something or need something from you. So thank you for that and really appreciate you jumping in and adding that to the conversation today.

So I see Brock's hand. And just so everyone knows, one of the things we do here in the space, because we focus on progress and we want people to take steps, just just take steps to move forward. If people come up as speakers, we only call on them when they raise their hand, because being a speaker and seeing the word speaker under your name could be terrifying for some people.

And if that's the first step for you, we're comfortable with that. So we don't call on people unless they raise their hand for that reason. So I just like to make sure I share that every now and then in case some of the new speakers come up, don't understand that's how we operate.

I know a lot of spaces, if you come up, they just write your name down in order of coming to the stage and they just call on people. But we only call on the hands. So let's go now to Brock.

How are you, Brock? Good morning. I'm doing fine. Like to say hello to everyone.

But there's nothing that goes on in this space that I don't know about. But what I am so excited about is me and Tim had a conversation earlier this week. And what we talked about, what y'all guys are bringing to the forefront.

A lot of, it's so much that goes into communication and how we are trying to enhance it so we can explain it better. I mean, Coach, instead of blowing that scrimmage, you blew up. And I am so glad that you're doing some gardening because it is giving you even a deeper understanding of who you are and why and what we're doing.

Thanks, guys. Absolutely. Thank you, Brock, for that.
