Working hard

Working hard has always been induced in us since we were little, our fathers before us will say "hard work is the key to success and nothing else". But in new generation of ours, we find out that everything is now at the edge of change. We experience this so often that it will get to a time that even medical treatment will be done by machines. What am I trying to say? All am saying is it's high time we think smart and work less.

All you have to do is think!!!

Like a steemian friend will say:

it's not how long you think but how smart you think.
Smart thinkers rule the world.
@gbenga

In our now generation everything we do is based on how fast you can think and process information, this is now a skill that has to be learnt and not a show of physical strength, although hard work is not always strength it may mean time at which you put into the job.

To think is the capability for an individual to reason, think deep, meditate, as well as putting your ideas down so you don't forget about them. These are the little steps for thinking smart.

Why work smart than hard work

This one thing that has been argued over the years by people of different believes from the above explanations we can see that both hard work and smart work have their strong hold depending on what the situation is, now the question remains which is more effective.

Hard work my friends can't actually solve the problems of this world on time though the result will be great but the time, man power, resources will be much spent on an problem. It's more like a mathematical equation that takes a long while to solve and arrive at the solution. That is how the world is "a big wide equation" and be the time hard work is implied, the time at which the solution will be at our hands might take generations but with smart and effective work may actually change the out come and make this world of our more safer, better and advance for our children to come...
