The sumer is here in Balkans and it brings the most popular salad in this region the shopska salad.
It is a very simple salad to make consisting of cucumbers, tomatoes, sometimes onions and olives, but always graded white cheese.
I read that cucumbers and tomatoes are not a good mix but once you try it you always come back to it.
I have never tried it, however I find it succulently great!
