El día de hoy les traigo una mascarilla para el cabello con aguacate y aceite coco es 100% natural y ademas de eso tiene muchos beneficios. Esta mascarilla nos sirve para darle brillo al cabello, hidratarlo, controlar un poco el frizz y darle suavidad al pelo
Hey good afternoon my dear community I hope you are very well. Today I bring you a hair mask with avocado and coconut oil, it is 100% natural and in addition to that it has many benefits. This mask helps us to give hair shine, hydrate it, control frizz a little and make hair soft.
Ingredientes/ Ingredients:
La mitad de un aguacate dañado y dos cucharadas de aceite de coco
Half a damaged avocado and two tablespoons of coconut oil
Preparación / Preparation:
Paso 1 : lo primero que vamos a hacer es poner el aguacate en un recipiente y machacarlo con un tenedor hasta que quede como una crema
Step 1: The first thing we are going to do is put the avocado in a container and mash it with a fork until it is like a cream
Paso 2: luego vamos a introducir en la licuadora la crema de aguacate junto con las dos cucharadas de aceite de coco, dejamos licuar durante 4 minutos hasta que agarre una consistencia suave
Step 2: then we are going to put the avocado cream in the blender along with the two tablespoons of coconut oil, let it blend for 4 minutes until it reaches a smooth consistency
Aplicación de la mascarilla / mask application
Luego de que ya tengamos lista la consistencia de la mascarilla vamos a comenzar a aplicar en el cabello desde la raíz hasta las puntas, y la vamos a dejar actuar durante 30 minutos
After we have the consistency of the mask ready, we are going to start applying it to the hair from the roots to the ends, and we are going to let it act for 30 minutes.
Ya por último retiramos con abundante agua y nos lavamos enseguida el cabello con shampoo para retirar bien el producto. El resultado final es eficaz y verdadero
Finally, we remove with plenty of water and immediately wash our hair with shampoo to remove the product well. The end result is effective and true
