It has been proven time over again that one of the greatest thing that you can get into is Partnership. The synergy it brings can never be equated with what ever you can buy with Money
One shall chase a Thousand , Two shall chase Ten Thousand
So what did the second Man bring that enabled the Capacity of the two people far surpass the normal output, or is one plus one no longer two ?
The truth is that most time we downplay the relevance of the Man next to us. In this world of ours where people are respected based on the size of their Pocket and not what they are capable of as Humans. Most people have missed Life changing opportunities because they despised people
So what is Patnership ?
Partnership is simply letting the next person help push your Vision
if you Isolate your Vision from people, your Vision will be isolated from You. Partnership helps you achieve more and it also assures the longetivity of what you are working on.
Now with what I have said above you mind might be going through the things that keep people back from going into Partnerships
Factors like lack of Self Confidence, Lack of Team Spirit, personal enjoyment of tasks and Inability to prirotize are all causes of unwillingness to form partnerships
When it comes to Lack of Self confidence, some people believe that bringing someone in will diminish their relevance, but to me that it not true. You are either relevant to the project or you are not, no one will make you irrelevant but yourself
When you Invest in yourself and build your Intellect, you will not feel threatened by the presence of another person
And also when making Patnerships , make sure that the person you are bringing in is relevant to your project. Even if the person is not directly relevant, he must have access to the people you need
We see that with Influencer Marketing , most company don't have business with the Person they are partnering with. They only want access to the Audience the person has managed to build up over time
Partnerships also have to be mutually beneficial and those benefits must be spelt out early and made clear so that they will not be issues down the Line
When you want to go and pitch a Partnership with someone you will like to work with. It is your duty to also research and find out things the person might also need from you. When you are already bringing solutions to the problems the person has prior a partnership, the person will see you as a knowledgeable person to work with
One thing you should also know is that Credibility and Validation are a form of reward for Partnership. It is not everyone that must work or give you Money, they are people whose presence in your team gives your product validation
Most Importantly you have to make sure that any partnership serves your customers well because they are the motivation for the partnership. There is no room for Compromise when serving your customers

Partnership is obviously the best type of market, why? Vision, resources, idea, etc are pulled together to achieve a goal.
If you have taken a walk alone before and ten the same distance with someone or group of persons the latter one always seem the same road is shorter.
That's the power of partnership and when introduce In Business the outcome is always mind blowing.
But let's remember, one good head is better that two bad ones
