Those are some amazing dreams, Debra. That first one in particular gave me the chills. I would call that more of a vision. Dreams of a garden generally have to do with creation and karma. By karma I mean the energy we emit at any given moment and the energy that will return to us ... be reflected back. I do not mean karma in the sense of past lives. You can't remember what she told you and so that was probably not was important. Can you remember the energy of the moment? If you can, practice that energy in meditation. Your sister is like a messenger within your psyche ... she is guiding you to better karma ... better energy ... a stronger psyche ... more happiness.
Thank you for that insight. I'm not sure when they ended but I know I was younger than 10 when I had all of those dreams. The main thing I remember about the 1st dream is that I felt safe with her.
I know I should meditate. I've been told that before but I've never gotten very far into it. I think its because I don't like a small part of my experiences and I am afraid meditation would let that part grow.
