THE MAIN SUSPECTS OF MARAWI CRISIS HAVE FINALLY BEEN KILLED IN A BATTLE

in #blog7 years ago

Good Day Steemians,

Today, I'm going to share to you about some good news or should I really say a good news for villain's brothers?

Well the ABS-CBN news made a huge announcement that ISIS Terrorists Isnilon Hapilon and Omar Maute has finally been killed in a battle. These are the top leaders of Islamic-inspired terrorists who mercilessly killed civilians and put Marawi City to complete destruction. If you haven't noticed my previous blog, I blogged about the grim situation of Marawi City under the wrath of these terrorists.

So here's the cadaver of Hapilon and Maute:

There had been recently deleted videos from Maute group showing the brutal massacre "beheading" of innocent priests and civilians. Those were posted randomly on social medias but however deleted due to its sensitive content.

According to Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana, one female hostage got escaped from the hands of the terrorists who made known the whereabouts of Isnilon and Omar to the Philippine Military. And then on Monday morning, the two terrorists were caught then killed in a military assault.

The military may have gone this far in pursuing justice for Filipinos, but several lives had been gone 5 months ago. There were 753 terrorist who got killed, at least 47 civilians died and 155 brave soldiers died with honor while thousands of people were lost and forced to evacuate to different parts of Mindanao.

The death of the two top most terrorists may mean the end of Marawi conflict but rest assured the Filipino soldiers will still continue on hunting down other Maute brothers who might make another evil plot in the future.

My Reflection:

After a chaotic aftermath that had caused by evildoers, let's not lose hope but surrender everything to God. For God never allows the Evil to win in the end. There might be storms in our lives but always remember there's gonna be always a rainbow of hope.

Matthew 5:4

"Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted."
