From the above picture one can say that the quality of the 2017 pic easily passes as a 70's pic.
Yeah I'm not sure if the picture is actually from 2017 or just representative of what it looked like in 2017 — i.e. it might be an old photo but if the state of the place hadn't changed until 2018, then the picture merely represents what it technically looked like in 2017.
I'm not the author of the content so can't say definitively, sorry. The google maps street view of the place still shows the '2017' version if you want to check it out better. It looks the same as in the picture Google street view.
