I was going to say, I feel like if we could push that across the board in general, nothing is a lost cause. And people really just need to get way more involved in their local politics and state, federal, overall. Like you can only keep the Republic if you actually get involved at every level all the time, sadly.
So I had Elizabeth Barkahana right on my face. She talked about the reforms that need to be going on, even like Prop 50. I know that I didn't have a chance to bring it up to Steve Hilton, but there is a lack of support from the GOP in California.
They have this mentality of a lost cause. Running an op or an op, whatever you call it, a campaign, a marketing thing, saying free, free California, like reverse the bullshit, free, free Palestine shit, and put it into a free, free California. Free, free from DSA, from, you know, Communist Party, whatever you want to call it.
But you need to run something like that. You need like Nicole Shanahan with her great marketing ideas. This has to be a team approach to saving California.
You know, like I know that the pretty faces win out all the time, and the real hard workers, the people that are nose to the ground, never get to that position. But if people really care about saving California, whoever is going to be, whether it's Hilton or the sheriff, they all need to get behind each other. Hilton has his area of expertise, so does the sheriff, so does other individuals.
That's why a team approach to saving California has to happen. Everybody needs to swallow their pride, and whoever can win it, you put them in that position, and you guarantee positions for the others, so they can make that change. No man can do this alone in this state.
