Be Prepared

I think we should have 1,000 at bare minimum, so we can clear the docket and freaking go through this and get it over with, so that we're current when a person comes in. You know, what's your status? What's your claim? Okay, let's look at it. All right, you have a court date in two days.

Be prepared. Boom. Done.

Goodbye. Adjudicated. So those are all parameters of it, and then all of a sudden, it's like, well, this won't work.

Oh, this will never fly in the Senate, and then they started picking it apart, and then I started feeling like everything I contributed was dismantled of it, and then I walked away, and I tell them, this isn't for me. If you just want to give DACA recipients and another 3 million people green cards, just call it amnesty, and don't call it dignity, because that's too flippant, and then I walked away from it. Well, George, this is even worse, though.

So they've added language in here. Let me get the exact language for you, but I just read it a second ago. I'm kind of speed reading through it.

It's 260 pages, but they've added this section in here that they're calling. Hold on one second. Let me get back up to this thing.

They're calling this a deferred action shield, and from day one of filing, you are immunized from deportation. That's insane. That's completely and totally insane.

So anybody that files under this provision, you would immediately be given complete and total immunity from deportation. Well, let me ask you this. Is it immunization from deportation until your case is adjudicated? Is that the language, or is it just period, stop there, immunization? Let me get the actual language on it.
