I Started Doing Homework

And I got one other thing, which you probably already covered. But this is how I felt. I started doing homework.

I'm like, wow, I got to address, trigger topics, and then plan in advance and prepare and not be easily triggered by certain topics that get brought up. But to have a good answer ready in private, because doubtless, these things are going to come up. All right.

I threw out a lot of mess there, but I just wanted to contribute value to somebody out there. I'm done. Thank you.

Absolutely. Thank you. And welcome in.

Glad you joined us and very much appreciated you sharing that and adding the additional perspectives, because that's what we do. That's what makes this space as valuable as I believe it is, is that we have people bringing additional perspectives. And what I always want you to do, everyone, is no matter what I say, no matter what anyone else says to you, always have in mind that let me consider potential options, potential perspectives that may be available, because when we get stuck in a one track mind, we miss many of the possibilities that life has to offer us.

We miss things. And this is just like as Heather was saying, when people are stuck seeing you a certain way, if you get stuck thinking a certain way, you're going to miss a lot of opportunities that life has to offer. And that's why we have to be open to the fresh perspectives that other people bring.

We just may not have had the same exposure they've had. They may have different experiences that we've never had. If someone has been to to Bangkok or to Paris or some other part of the world and they bring an experience back to you that you've never seen, then we need to be willing to listen, even if it's different.
